The work setting is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while serving patients across our community. You will have the flexibility to create a conducive work environment within your own space while participating actively in team meetings, training sessions, and peer consultations through online platforms. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, preferences, and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches to address individual and family issues.

• Provide therapeutic support in both individual and group settings, ensuring a safe, respectful environment for healing and discussion.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, empowering patients with knowledge about mental health resources and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
