This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while working within a structured outpatient office framework. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, striking a healthy work-life balance while dedicated to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and devise individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-backed practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these methods to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including maintaining strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health experts, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care that addresses complex patient needs.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing insights to elevate care quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Proactively educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population with varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, applying your expertise to deliver compassionate and client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
