Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, using structured clinical interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account their specific circumstances, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the client’s unique needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to foster greater understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Track and monitor clients' progress consistently, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Interface with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Stay informed on current research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Ensure all patient documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, remain accurate, thorough, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists to support integrated care.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
