Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify their specific needs, strengths, and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. This position demands a deep understanding of the unique experiences and cultural backgrounds of clients, promoting a therapeutic environment that respects and responds to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Proven skills in crisis intervention and the ability to remain composed under stress.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
