Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using secure video chat technology, ensuring ethical standards and compassionate care.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that establish clear goals and objectives for client progress.

• Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to foster insights into their emotions, relationships, and behavioral patterns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals with anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns, among other issues. Your role will be essential in helping clients navigate their experiences and building the capacity to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, independent licensure as a mental health practitioner: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with and motivate clients.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate our telehealth platform and documentation processes effectively.
