Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and substance use concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, engaging clients in goal-setting processes to promote buy-in and motivation for their recovery.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, along with group and family therapy as appropriate, fostering a supportive space for open communication and healing.

• Document sessions accurately and promptly within our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Work in collaboration with the treatment team, participating in regular case reviews and planning meetings to adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to assist clients in immediate distress.

• Stay informed about current research and developments in mental health and substance abuse treatment through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington State is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Transformative Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
