Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, while engaging in meaningful interactions via our advanced telehealth platform. Our therapists enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment where communication is prioritized, and peer support is readily available. Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments virtually to evaluate patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in one-on-one or group formats.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups focusing on common mental health issues, fostering community and understanding among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic care tailored to each patient.

• Administer crisis intervention services promptly, supplying necessary support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and treatment pathways, empowering them with knowledge and community resources.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and best practices to enhance service quality.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in therapeutic methodologies to continually refine treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide care to a diverse population ranging from children to older adults, across varying socio-economic backgrounds. Each clinician is encouraged to harness their strengths and interests to specialize in specific areas of mental health, aligning patient needs with individual expertise, ultimately leading to better therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to perform thorough mental health evaluations and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services to diverse populations, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

• Proficient in electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth services and familiarity with necessary technologies for virtual counseling.

• Experience in co-facilitating therapy groups or workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n
