Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through detailed evaluations and thoughtful engagement, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others, customizing approaches based on each client’s unique objectives.

• Monitor client progress by establishing therapeutic goals collaboratively, ensuring ongoing adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Offer teletherapy services effectively, applying best practices for engaging with clients virtually, and ensuring accessibility for those who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain professional and administrative standards by documenting sessions and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, thus reinforcing our dedication to high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
