Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the needs of children and adolescents, integrating their unique backgrounds and family dynamics into the assessment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, particularly with child and adolescent populations.

• Strong grasp of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and a child-centric approach necessary to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 75,000 and 100,000.
