Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional state, and unique needs through virtual sessions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring alignment with each client’s personal goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and feedback.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, guiding clients through acute emotional distress and developing safety plans to reduce risk.

• Adhere to legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development, participating in workshops and supervision sessions to enhance clinical competencies and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. You will provide services to clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that care is culturally competent and tailored to the individual experiences of each person.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
