Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and mental health evaluations to accurately identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity necessary to work with various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.

Compensation and Benefits\n
