Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Engage clients in the assessment process to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Monitor client progress carefully, providing feedback and making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, following HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver integrated care, referring clients to other specialists when necessary.

• Stay updated with best practices and participate in continuous training to enhance personal skills and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges—ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex trauma-related issues. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals across different age groups, helping each client to work through their unique circumstances to achieve better mental resilience and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
