Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will take on several vital responsibilities, including:

The clients you will serve are stable adults with low-acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated understanding of ethical practices in counseling and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and a genuine desire to support clients in their mental health journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
