Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to identify the history, symptoms, and specific needs of each client, ensuring accurate and personalized treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, focusing on trauma recovery and fostering resilience.

• Engage clients in both individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring that every aspect of the client’s well-being is addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies during trauma-related emergencies, maintaining a supportive and calming presence for clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Current and valid licensure, such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in trauma-informed settings.
