Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Max Care Counseling Services serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a mental health therapist, you will work with adults and adolescents experiencing a spectrum of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will involve building therapeutic rapport, encouraging client engagement, and utilizing culturally competent practices to ensure that clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or clinical psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients across diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.

• Evidence of ongoing professional development, including relevant certifications or specializations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
