Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor with Fortius, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or as a licensed psychologist.

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your licensure.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic nature.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fortius is pleased to offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a salary between USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, contingent on working hours. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring you have access to quality medical care as you care for others.
