Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients receive the same level of care as they would in person.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to accurately assess clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals and strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with evidence-based practices, while remaining sensitive to clients' unique circumstances and backgrounds.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all records reflect accurate assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes.

• Provide mental health support, including crisis intervention and referrals to other supportive resources as needed, to help clients navigate personal challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health therapist will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in community mental health settings or those who have worked with a variety of demographics and presenting issues will be favored. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as this will facilitate better documentation and client management.

Winds Of Change Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
