Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive continuous care even in acute distress situations.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment records, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies to effectively manage their mental health.

• Engage in outcome assessments regularly to measure treatment efficacy and make timely adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and innovative treatment approaches in mental health, integrating new knowledge into everyday practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
