Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based frameworks to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy. Your role will be to foster therapeutic rapport that helps clients build resilience and strengths in coping with their mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality while upholding ethical standards of practice.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners to ensure holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or equivalent doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.
