Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and set therapeutic goals.

• Provide quality therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Document sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as school staff when applicable, to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

• Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of therapeutic programs and services within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on adults who seek assistance for a range of mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. By providing therapy in an outpatient setting, our goal is to create a safe space where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and valid mental health professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) permitting you to provide unsupervised therapy services.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical psychotherapy experience working with adult populations.

• Demonstrated experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
