Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of various ages, tailoring approaches to meet specific needs.

• Conduct thorough remote assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, integrating evidence-based practices into therapeutic interventions.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans with clear goals and progress metrics to enhance client well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and community organizations, to coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW—no provisional or limited licenses accepted.
