Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand individual client needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, to address the unique mental health challenges faced by your clients.

• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential clinical records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other applicable legal standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in regular case consultations to refine therapeutic strategies and improve care outcomes.

• Engage with clients and their families, providing education and support regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available in the community.

• Continuously update your knowledge of the mental health field, integrating new research findings and advances into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Simply Being Care Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. You will play a pivotal role in fostering emotional and psychological healing, helping clients gain the skills and coping mechanisms necessary for achieving sustainable mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
