Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients via video chat, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns in a supportive and safe environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of pre-screened, stable adult individuals with low acuity mental health issues. We ensure that no clients with severe mental health challenges will be assigned, allowing you to focus your expertise on manageable cases. Furthermore, clients are matched with counselors based on specialties and demographic preferences, creating a tailored therapeutic experience conducive to better outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Full licensure by the state board in California, allowing independent practice without supervision, including:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential.

Preferred Experience\n
