This role is 100% remote, providing counselors with the flexibility to work from home and manage their schedules. With full-time options over 30 hours per week and part-time options starting at just five hours, counselors have the liberty to make their own hours. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Meridell, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults, supporting them in developing healthier habits and improving their emotional resilience. Our client population ranges from individuals dealing with situational stressors to those experiencing mild mental health challenges, and our approach emphasizes building a therapeutic alliance that encourages clients to engage actively in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD), with the ability to practice independently without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in practice.

• Proficient interpersonal skills, along with strong computer literacy to navigate the counseling platform and electronic documentation efficiently.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate smooth teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n
