Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to comprehensively understand clients’ mental health challenges, establishing individualized treatment plans that facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Provide teletherapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment aligns with each client's preferences and needs.

• Foster therapeutic alliances by collaborating with clients to set actionable goals, regularly monitoring progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation related to client progress and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and additional training, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients virtually.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in handling clients’ experiences.

• Strong organizational skills enabling efficient management of a diverse caseload and associated documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

• Background in addressing specific issues, such as substance abuse, PTSD, or child/adolescent mental health is a plus.
