Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in both individual and family settings.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, formulating initial treatment plans and ongoing discharge strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, or family therapies, defined by personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic services in compliance with facility and professional standards.

• Uphold an active caseload of clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with fellow professionals to enhance patient care and service delivery.

• Address patient concerns and feedback effectively, ensuring the highest standards of client safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
