Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Hopeful Healing, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering insight and self-awareness.

• Acting as a client advocate by assisting them in defining and achieving their mental health goals.

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health statuses and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, utilizing your clinical expertise.

• Using evidence-based techniques and a solution-focused approach to guide clients through their therapy journey.

• Maintaining accurate records of client sessions and progress to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients who have been pre-screened and identified as stable, offering you the opportunity to provide meaningful interventions to individuals with low acuity needs. This demographic often consists of individuals coping with mild to moderate mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n
