Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver effective treatment for various emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family settings.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine patient needs and establish an individualized treatment and initial discharge plan.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific goals outlined in the patient’s treatment plan.

• Consistently document therapy services and treatment updates in alignment with both facility standards and licensure requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Maintain and manage an assigned caseload, ensuring each client's needs are met through ongoing monitoring and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with fellow professionals to improve patient care and outcomes.

• Respond proactively to patient feedback and complaints, aiming to enhance the service experience and ensure patient safety as a fundamental priority.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management to support clinic operations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by an impressive benefits package.
