Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions focused on coping strategies, problem-solving, and resilience for veterans and their families.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Utilizing our telehealth platform proficiently to maintain documentation, schedule appointments, and track client progress.

• Engaging in regular case management, including coordinating with other healthcare providers and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support veterans and their families who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our client base comprises pre-screened individuals who present low-acuity mental health needs, allowing you to focus on fostering therapeutic relationships without the pressures of high-acuity emergencies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
\n
• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Note: Interns or therapists requiring supervision for individual therapy are not eligible for this role.

• Proven ability to work independently in managing client schedules and cases, with effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience working with the veteran population or familiarity with military culture is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors earning between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually. Part-time therapists can expect to earn up to USD 70,000 per year. Included in our benefits package are:
