Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive, therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address challenges, and discuss upcoming appointments, including appropriate discharge planning.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and updates for each client to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs and suitability of clients for therapeutic services.
\n
• Provide individual counseling sessions weekly while promoting a growth mindset in all aspects of work.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional growth and clinical skill enhancement.
\n
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to offer integrated care and support for clients’ mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client demographic, providing mental health counseling to adults, teenagers, and families facing diverse challenges. Clients may present with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health conditions. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with unrestricted, independent status.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, equipping you with practical skills necessary for effective counseling.

• Proficiency with computers and technology, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and other relevant platforms.

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of the candidate's experience and qualifications.
