Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations, ensuring high-quality record-keeping.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools recommended by our clinical team to evaluate clients effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies, ensuring cohesive client care.

• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic's standards of excellence.

• Serve as a liaison with governmental agencies and community partners to enhance service delivery and program reach.

• Foster relationships within the community to advocate for and secure funding and resources for program development.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as workshops, conferences, and relevant committees to enhance your expertise.

• Incorporate and promote the mission, values, and principles of Brightways Recovery Plus in all client interactions.

• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightways Recovery Plus, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and those with developmental impairments or brain injuries. Your expertise will enable these clients to navigate their journeys towards emotional wellness and recovery, making your role critical in facilitating meaningful change in their lives.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An active Independent LMHC License from the state board is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
