Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate clients' healing processes, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, adjusting interventions based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and social workers to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Engage in regular follow-ups with healthcare providers for clients who require hospitalization, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

• Identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder a client's recovery journey, providing proactive strategies to support sustainable mental health.

• Assist families and primary caregivers in understanding and managing their loved ones’ mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique challenges related to mental health. Clients may be seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. This role is pivotal in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for open dialogue, fostering healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• In-depth knowledge of psychotropic medications and their impact on mental health, allowing for comprehensive discussions with clients.

• Demonstrated experience working as a Mental Health Counselor in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
