This full-time position combines the flexibility of remote work with the opportunity for in-person client sessions at our Community Health Clinic located in New Rochelle, New York. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, based on your experience and the number of hours worked.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate open discussions with clients to explore their emotions and experiences, cultivating an environment conducive to personal growth and self-awareness.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and needs, using solution-focused approaches that reflect your clinical expertise.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions both virtually and at our clinic, adapting your methods to best suit the client’s comfort and preferences.

• Advocate for your clients' needs, helping them set realistic and achievable goals that align with their wellness objectives.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring ongoing support and adaptation to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily comprises stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health issues. All clients undergo pre-screening to ensure that they are suitable for the services we provide. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals whose needs align with your specialties and demographic preferences, creating a fulfilling therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid independent license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to practice without supervision.

• Proven strong clinical skills with the ability to develop effective and tailored treatment plans based on best practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Familiarity with technology and proficiency in using software needed for virtual counseling sessions and client management.

Preferred Experience\n
