Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with clients who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges associated with medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Our clinic's patient population is diverse, and therapists are encouraged to employ culturally sensitive strategies to effectively engage with all individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Competence in maintaining professional boundaries and adherence to ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
