This position primarily involves remote work within an outpatient office setting that embraces flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ needs, history, and goals, leading to the formulation of highly individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and in group formats, addressing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and more.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring integrated support.

• Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends, therapeutic techniques, and mental health treatment advancements.

• Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives by providing feedback and innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, emotional distress, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts. You will be instrumental in providing therapy that respects the cultural and individual diversity of our clients, ensuring each treatment approach aligns with their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state-specific license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).
\n
• At least two years of professional experience in the mental health field, working with individuals facing a variety of emotional challenges.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating workshops or educational seminars is a plus.
