Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments while considering any co-existing medical conditions that may affect patients' psychological well-being.

• Create and implement tailored integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical issues, ensuring patient-centered care that promotes optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A solid understanding of mental health issues, especially those intertwined with medical conditions, along with a compassionate approach to care.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
