Our work setting is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while still providing meaningful face-to-face interactions via teletherapy tools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand patient needs and formulate individualized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support clients across various demographics.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups to foster community engagement and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and access to necessary support.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and the array of community resources available to them.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with industry standards and compliance regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
