Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health histories, and presenting concerns, enabling the formulation of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions targeting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges to promote healing and resilience.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all clients.

• Stay up to date with industry best practices by actively participating in continuing education opportunities that enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

• Contribute fresh ideas and constructive feedback to improve service delivery and program effectiveness, empowering the organization to adapt to community needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a remarkably diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each facing a variety of emotional challenges. Through personalized therapeutic approaches, you will provide support to individuals who come from varied backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid license/certification in the state of New York (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).
\n
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with individuals facing a spectrum of emotional challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous but not required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to children and families.
\n
• Previous history using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Attractive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
