Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial mental health evaluations to assess clients' overall psychological status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans tailored to each client's goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our client population encompasses various ages and backgrounds, often facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play an essential role in helping clients navigate their unique experiences and develop effective coping strategies for long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Successful completion of relevant national examinations such as the NCE or NCMHCE.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate treatment strategies and document client progress.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
