Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique trauma history, enabling tailored treatment interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices to support patients on their path to healing.

• Employ specialized therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address the needs of trauma survivors.

• Facilitate effective collaboration with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support during acute trauma-related emergencies via virtual sessions.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources, fostering a supportive network around them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in likeness with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Holding a current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• Expertise in trauma-related disorders and knowledge of trauma-informed treatment models is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
