Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals. Utilize diagnostic skills to identify mental health disorders and develop tailored interventions.

• Individual and Group Therapy: Provide various forms of therapy, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions. Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals. Regularly monitor progress and adapt interventions as necessary to promote clients' success and well-being.

• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care for clients. Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources to enhance their treatment plans.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Advocacy and Community Engagement: Champion clients' rights to access mental health services and participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Our client population spans various demographics, reflecting the rich cultural fabric of New Rochelle and surrounding areas. This role requires a deep understanding of cultural competence to adequately address the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong clinical skills to evaluate, make decisions, and craft effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach towards clients.
\n
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
