Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify the specific mental health needs and experiences of clients.

• Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices and the aspirations of clients, adapting them as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and families, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain well-organized client records, diligently documenting each session to track progress and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care, coordinating referrals to additional services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with postpartum individuals and their families, including new mothers dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety, and other related mental health issues. Our clients often seek support in managing their emotional wellbeing during a pivotal time in their lives, requiring specialized skills and a deep understanding of maternal mental health challenges. You'll be a crucial resource for them as they navigate their feelings and needs during this often tumultuous period.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• An active license in New Jersey as one of the following:
  - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  - Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. A master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of direct therapy experience with a focus on maternal mental health or related areas.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with a team.

• An understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies and the ability to apply them in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years, experience with diverse patient populations and specialized training in maternal mental health conditions will be beneficial. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will also be a plus, as these tools are integral to managing client care in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, recognizing the expertise and professionalism you bring to our team.
