Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs, focusing on their symptoms, experiences, and relationship dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Guide clients and their families through educational sessions on mood disorders, available treatment options, and healthy coping strategies.

• Monitor client progress through regular sessions, adjusting treatment goals and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health treatments, continually adapting practice methods to enhance mental health care delivery.

Qualifications\n
