Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Envision Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employing evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to facilitate effective treatment.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and medical professionals to integrate care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for clients.
\n
• Staying abreast of the latest research related to mood disorders to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational protocols.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions.

• Advocating for client interests, striving to reduce the stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals aged 18 and older who are experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and related conditions. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including those facing socioeconomic challenges like homelessness, refugee status, or experiences of domestic abuse. As an LMFT with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care to some of the most vulnerable communities in our society, helping them navigate their emotions and improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
