Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, determining their specific challenges and creating personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with a team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, participating in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure integrated and holistic client care.

• Deliver educational resources and support to clients and their families, fostering understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and ethical adherence.

You will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds and with unique mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Proven experience providing mental health counseling with a strong understanding of treatment planning and implementation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Cache Valley Therapy Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, reflecting your level of experience and qualifications.
