Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions and comprehensive assessments primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported in a virtual environment.

• Complete initial intake evaluations to gather pertinent information regarding client histories and presenting issues, laying the groundwork for effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Provide ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention, referrals to additional resources, and consistent follow-up to monitor progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, and implement therapy plans using a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Healing To You, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
