Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to each client's unique stressors and mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals, creating personalized treatment plans that integrate mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, engaging clients in meditation and breathwork to cultivate self-awareness and emotional balance during therapy sessions.

• Lead group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, promoting community support and shared learning experiences.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure that mindfulness strategies are effectively integrated into the overall treatment approach for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, interventions applied, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zen Zone Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
