Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, history, and goals.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their unique situations.

• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities that include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices to facilitate personal growth.

• Regularly set and adjust therapeutic goals based on ongoing assessments, ensuring alignment with clients' progress.

• Provide options for teletherapy to ensure accessibility for all clients, including those facing mobility or logistical challenges.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in professional development activities including training, supervision, and workshops to stay current on best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, coupled with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or school setting.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
