Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's background, challenges, and goals, leading to the development of targeted treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, offering individualized therapy sessions that promote personal growth. This may include techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer or require virtual sessions due to accessibility issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as to track the progress of treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, trainings, and continued education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
