Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique experiences and mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to each client’s individual and cultural background, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns while promoting resilience and overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, developing comprehensive treatment plans that align with patients’ needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
